Our Wedding Coordination service ensures that you can fully enjoy your special day without the stress of overseeing the details. From the moment you walk down the aisle to the last dance, we’ll take care of everything, allowing you to be present in every moment. Our experienced team will handle all the logistics, from coordinating vendors and managing the timeline to ensuring each part of your wedding flows smoothly. We work behind the scenes so that you and your loved ones can focus on celebrating.

With our expert coordination, you won’t have to worry about any last-minute changes or unforeseen issues. Our team is dedicated to making your wedding day flawless, handling everything with precision and professionalism. From managing the setup and overseeing the ceremony to coordinating the reception, we ensure every detail is executed to perfection so you can relax and savor your day.

Whether you need a limo, service car, or party bus, we can accommodate your transportation needs for your wedding.

Through our sister company, we service all major cities with our beautiful floral services. We have several Floral Designers on staff ready to make your wedding bloom with beauty!

We create beautiful wedding invitations and stationery for your special day. From Laser cut, Letterpress, Thermography, Foil, and more. In addition to wedding invitations, we also offer Menus, Place Cards, Welcome Signs, and Table Numbers.

Ready to book?

Absolutely! We offer Full Service Planning from start to finish for an additional fee starting at $7500. We also offer Destination Wedding Planning for $3500 plus travel and hotel accommodations.

Question 6: I am too busy to plan my own wedding, can you do it for me?

Absolutely! Whether you are just starting to plan your wedding or in the middle of planning, our virtual planning is perfect for anyone that is planning their special day! There are so many logistical details that go into planning a wedding, and if you've never planned a wedding, you won't know how to do it without a Planner or our guidance and virtual planning package.

Question 5: Can I still use this service if I already have a venue or some vendors?

Yes, detailed timeline creation can be added to our virtual planning package for an additional $250. Timeline creation is included free of charge in our Month of Coordination package.

Question 4: Can you create my Timeline?

For virtual, we literally service the whole USA. For Month of Coordination we only service the major US cities. Month of Coordination is not included in our virtual planning but it can be added for an additional fee. Contact us for more details on what is included in our Month of Coordination.

Question 3: What cities do you service and is Month of Coordination included?

Too much to list here but you get monthly group Zoom calls with the Lead Planner, 1 on 1 calls, moodboards, client planning portals and more. Contact us for a complete list of what is included.

Absolutely! We are Certified Wedding Planners that will guide you through the whole process from start to finish. You're not just getting a checklist and e=being left on your own. With our years of experience, we have literally thought of everything.
