While we are on the cruise with you to take care of you and your guests, most times, you do not have to pay any additional fees for us to cruise too. We have ways to get perks where your Cruise Wedding Planner and even you and your fiance' can cruise for free (certain conditions apply).
Do I have to pay for you as the Cruise Planner to go on the cruise too?
Virtual wedding planning delivers the same level of professional oversight as traditional full service planning, simply without the need for in person meetings. Your planning is managed remotely through intentional check ins, ongoing communication, and a private digital planning portal where every detail lives in one organized place. Timelines, budgets, vendors, and design decisions are reviewed and guided strategically so your planning stays clear, efficient, and fully supported.
How does virtual wedding planning work?
The Cruise Line Coordinator actually doesn't do all of the planning. Their job is to take care of planning your ceremony according to their strict guidelines. They do not take care of your guests, embarkation, port of call ceremonies, and more. That's where your cruise wedding planner comes in.
Why do I still need a Cruise Wedding Planner if the Cruise Line does the planning?
We normally arrive 1-2 days before the couple arrives to ensure everything is set and exactly how you expect it to be. If it is not, we work diligently to make sure everything is taken care of before you and your guests arrive.
